Peter received his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California in Santa Barbara.
Peter Tong is a licensed loan officer with more than 9 years of extensive experience in the residential mortgage banking industry. With a diverse background in business, finance, economics and real estate, Peter is committed to assisting clients in structuring loans that consistently achieve optimal results while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Steve brings to Metric Mortgage more than three decades of extensive experience and expertise in different areas of lending. Steve like Mark Hamilton is also a Countrywide alumni, and has held many successful positions throughout the mortgage industry. Steve Pro has been with Metric Mortgage Corp since 2017.

Jennie Lee is a licensed loan officer specializing in the residential mortgage banking industry. She has been in lending business for over eleven years. She started her career with the major banking and financial institutions (Washington Mutual, Bank of America and Chase) since 2005. In 2013, Jennie decided to join a direct lending company, Stonegate Mortgage. Metric Mortgage is the mortgage company that Jennie currently works for. Jennie is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
